The Aldworth II design includes a large, main floor master bedroom with an optional room extension. The spacious kitchen, dining and gathering rooms at the rear of the main floor offer plenty of open living spaces, while the study off the entry foyer offers a private space. On the second floor, there are options that allow the home to be expanded to include a third bedroom, a loft, and a third bath. The flexible Aldworth II also offers unfinished attic storage in the home or in the garage.

Bob Meyer Homes is presently building an Aldworth II home, which will be available for sale in January 2017. It will feature a kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and 42-inch cabinets. There will be a gas fireplace and cathedral ceiling in the gathering room, as well as a 2-foot extension to the rear of the home. The dramatic foyer will feature a tray ceiling and hardwood flooring. The kitchen, gathering room and dining area will also have hardwood floors. Other features of note include upgraded 12x12 ceramic tiles in the master bath, and a staircase leading to a spacious attic storage space. This elegant home will be priced at $359,000.
